Yes, this a natural property of the Hair Success Gro Treatment. The intense moisturizers in the formula sometimes form individual particles in the jar. These particles, however, break down once you rub them into the palm of your hand before applying to the hair.

As with all of our hairdress formulas, we recommend applying them sparingly. If excess product needs to be removed, follow these steps:

1. Prepare the mixture: Combine 2 parts shampoo (formulated for oily hair/scalp) with 1 part baking soda to create a paste.

2. Apply to damp hair: Lightly dampen hair with tepid (not hot) water, then apply the mixture as you would a regular shampoo, focusing on areas with buildup.

3. Rinse thoroughly: Use tepid water to rinse. Avoid hot water, as it can cause the product to spread rather than lift away.

4. Repeat if needed: Repeat the process once more if necessary.

5. Condition: After rinsing, apply a light, balancing conditioner to restore moisture and maintain softness. Rinse again with tepid water.

· Note: It’s best to use this remedy ONLY once or twice in a day over 2–3 days, rather than multiple times in immediate succession.
