COVID-19 Order Processing and Shipping Update:
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and order processing may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they’re received. Mail and parcel delivery services are severely impacted by the evolving COVID-19 situation, resulting in significant delivery delays for all Ground orders to Canada, currently estimated at 4 weeks or longer.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are taken directly from FedEx. Your rate is based upon the weight of your purchase and your shipping address.
Shipping Methods
FedEx Ground and Canada Post
Your order will normally be received within 10 – 14 business days; however there are certain times during the year, mainly in December, where there may be delays. E.T. Browne Drug Co., Inc. has no control over Canadian customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please review the FedEx and Canada Post websites for further information on any delays that they may be experiencing. E.T. Browne Drug Co., Inc. is not responsible for any FedEx or Canada Post shipping delays.
FedEx International Priority
Your order should be received within 4-6 business days.
Order Confirmation Email
When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order, as well as an email when your order has been shipped. You may also obtain tracking information from logging on to My Account and clicking on "Track Your Package."
Canadian Duties and Taxes
Canadians do not have to pay duties or taxes when your total shipment's value is lower than Canada's de minimis value, as listed below. Duties and taxes are not included in your shipping charges, so you will need to pay any fees when you receive the delivery.
De minimis Value for Duty: 20 CAD

Shipping Restrictions
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of hazardous materials, items that could contribute to fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products (those in a pressurized can, e.g.: hairspray) and products containing flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals have restricted status. Ground shipping is required on all such products. If your cart contains such items, you will be given the options to either continue with Ground Shipping or to remove the product(s) from your cart before checking out.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
